Under the leadership of Prof. Shulamit Almog, the Gender Equity Unit examines aspects of gender equity in all of the University’s important decisions, programs, and policies and their impact on women and men faculty and staff members. The Unit communicates with position holders in and outside the University, and with international gender equity organizations. The Unit responds to queries on gender equity, conducts research, collects relevant data.
